Wood Fired Baby Ornament

These mini croc ornaments were made from molds that I created and decorated with love. Slipcast in porcelain and decorated with various glazing and underglaze techniques.
 
This croc is special because it was wood fired. There was no glaze applied to this piece before firing. All of the color and marking come from the wood ash in the kiln. they are one of a kind and can never be reproduced. 
 
The ornament crocs come with holes and are threaded to be used as ornaments, however the charm can be added to necklaces, keychains, earrings, etc very easily. You are welcome to transform these charms into whatever your style demands.
